The hard-case dance luggage with built-in garment rack!  :) For use while upright, on its wheels!

You can hang up to 8 costumes securely inside of the luggage.  Around 4-5 can fit on the top bar (possibly more).  It also depends on how puffy or how long are your costumes.  If you have long costumes, they may need to be folded in half in the middle hanging section of the garment rack.
